Igelfisch Goldauge & Goldflosse Kännchen heraldic animal plays a role
Description
heraldic animal plays a role in the history of Nymphenburg in two ways: On the one hand
in 1765 Joseph Zaechenberger designed a colourful and festive decor with floral bouquets
When August Göhring took up his position as a model maker in Nymphenburg in 1914
Careful shaping and joining of innumerable individual petals
With his interpretations for the comtemporary office space
Igelfisch Goldauge & Goldflosse Kännchen heraldic animal plays a roleLuise Terletzki Scherf experimented with bronze, majolica and stone. However, only the fineness of handmade Nymphenburg porcelain provide the highest sculptural quality for the works that she designed. In creation of her animal figures, the Aschaffenburg artist carried out countless nature studies to portray her circus performers. The colourful combo, which to this day enchants with its playful, almost childishly naive charm, is full of emotion.
